21/8/2010 and the Hull North road birds was at Berwick with a good hard race on the cards. The conveyer and the race controller made the decissition to  liberate the bird at 0700 into a  west/south west winds with a few showers on the way but  didn't stop the birds from reaching the detonation in great time with velocities well into the 1200s.All the top ten went to the Pier Towers with the ETS really making a difference 1st  M Dyers 1266/ 2nd & 3rd D Beadle 1266 1266/ 4th M Dyer 1266 / 5th & 6th D Beadle 1265 1265/ 7th M Dyer 1258/ 8th T&B Meek 1240/ 9th D&J Meek 1238/ 10th T & B Meek 1238.Club Results.

FOUNTAIN RD FC. It was great to hear that club scribe Kieth & Lesleyann Woods took the red card this week with a self bred  cattrece blue bar cock from his stock from Ray Tate of Driffield, 2nd went to Arthur Credland & Son with a Busscheart cheq hen that won all the pools , 3rd went to Jeff Donner with a blue bar Meldert cock ,4th card went to Colin Clark jnr with a self bred blue hen from his own family, 5th  J Donner, 6th C Clark jnr with velocity's 1174 1163 1156 1151 1151 1148 good returns .

TRINITY FLYING CLUB. It was KW Gibbon that took the top three cards, 1st with a Maurice Mathews/2nd with a Busscheart/ Jansen/3rd with a Wildy ,4th 5th & 6th went to DK Arnold &son  1088 1056 1025 1009 987 943.

JAR IN HAND . This weeks winner went to Mr & Mrs Steve Winship with a mealy van reet cock from Andy Cook. 2nd went to Brian Stewart with a Soojen hen bred by Alan Drisscol this hen was 4th from Alnwick last weeek ,and it was Mr & Mrs A Drisscol in 3rd place with a self bred dark Soojen cock . DRIFFIELD WOLD WAY .It was John Raines taking the red card  with a cheq hen that won last week for John. 2nd went to A & J Duffin with a cheq hen a gift bird from  H Skelton from Sherburn, 3rd card went to Eric & Sue Blades with a cheq hen bred from thier own family of Jansen's, 4th went to John Raines with a cheq hen 5th went to K Sims and 6th went to JW Hubbard. HORNSEA NR FC. Attic spiv Mark Woolock took the top four cards this week with his family of self bred crossed bushearts/Janssen & Wildys all cocks, 5th went to Stan Wilcox and it was Mr & Mrs Val & Geoff Holmes in 6th place 1220 1203 1196 1180 1152 1134. 

CITY OF HULL PREMIER FC. The clubs top flyer Mr & Mrs Paul Jacobs taking the top three cards, 1st  with a blue hen Coormans that has previous cards, the 2nd was a grizzle hen that won last week a Cooremans/Layman's, 3rd was a cheq pied cock another multi card winning Cooremans, 4th & 5th  went to Graham Shaw with his family of Busschearts,and it was another Busscheart spiv Billy Drayton in 6th place with a dark cheq cock. 1188 1180 1160 1154 1151 1149 .
