In a Barcelona Challange one-loft race Steve Williams pigeons took the first three with the winner being from stock via Elimar. An excellent breeder for Ken & Mike Lamb has gone their way via Elimar and they are having a very good season. Good Morning Les, Just a quick line to let you know about a result I had with a yearling off of the birds I bought from you. I had a yearling hen come on Friday to be 2nd open in the Central Southern Classic race from Bergerac. She was bred from the Vale Cahors cock when paired to the Travierne Rigole hen (De Schict X International line) Two of the gift birds have also flown well I think they are 23978 & 23979, the dark chequer that I think is 23979 was 1st club Lessay and probably will go to the Saintes National Mark G. Hi Les.
Thought I'd let you know that the pigeon GB04B08848 that won you some money in our One-Loft race back in 2004 was clocked this morning from Narbonne by my Father, Tom. He's always been a steady and consistent pigeon through the years' For the 4th year in sucession they are winning in the Europa Classic. B & G Mainwaring first time in 09 and are winning already as are M & W Mellor. Mark Anderson wins three on the trot with a granddaughter of 1st National Ace Pigeon "Winston" Mike Hitchen starts with Elimar bred young birds in 09 and is in the prizes as is Jimmy Wearne in a small way but that will grow with time.

Photo of my dark cock who has been 4th club twice from Frome this season, the second time my ETS failed and he should have been 1st club 1st Section and in the top 5 or 6 of the open of the Fed. However, he put it all to rights on Saturday, again at Frome, 152 miles liberated at 07.45 a.m. into a reported East wind and I timed him at 10.47 recording a velocity of 1465.9 to win 1st Club 1st North Section 1st Open Staffordshire Moorlands Fed. from 3,124 birds. What will interest you is his breeding, his G. Sire on his Sire's side is from Brother to "King Barcelona" x "Primuske 2" and his G Dam fom 1st Nat. Barcelona 430205-93 x Dgt. King Barcelona (King Barcelona x Dgt. Jonge Orhan). Dam of the dark cock is Dark Pied Hen from Son of Witneus (Witnues x sister Molenaars) x Dgt. Witneus (Witneus x Sister King Barcelona). A yearling sister to this dark cock was 3rd Lessay the previous week when I was 1st 2nd 3rd club !st North Section 6th Open staffs. Moorlands Fed. doing 1731, 1716 and 1710. My winner that day was a G.Son of the red cock which won the Hall of Fame for me at NWCC. and is on my articles for Prestige Pigeons site. Chris K.
