NORFOLK & SUFFOLK

with Trevor (White Feather) Harris

My racing

My young birds have now been fully trained and I look forward to the first race. I will be sending all 62 to the first race as they are fully trained and I am sure I will not lose any. Many fanciers split their team up. I have never done this and all my birds will go to every race.

There are still fanciers who don’t train and expect the other birds to carry them home. Any fancier who does this has only them self to blame for losses but I am sure they will be blaming everybody else.

Please report my strays. If you want them you can, otherwise I will get them back. I will report all strays in my loft as I believe it is our duty if we want to come a cross as a caring sport. Fanciers who don’t report strays are in the wrong.

Hope you had a good weekend racing, though I suppose that the "Bird Flu" outbreak in France must have been a sickened, with the channel racing being kicked into touch again!! Please find enclosed the latest news from Oulton Broad NR:
