MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
Carol explained to the meeting that she had made an appointment to see an Accountant concerning the accounts and will report back to Alasdair Muir and Rose Wills once they have been completed.
A discussion was held regarding the Tarbes race and John Wills agreed that he would honour the suggestion he made by paying any loss on the Tarbes race once the accounts had been completed. This was left on the table to discuss at a later date.
Marseille: It was suggested that Carol contact the Belgian officials to try and get the entry cost from the Belgian officials. The chairman explained to the Committee that there would be 2 lorries picking up the birds but not necessarily 2 lorries going over. He had spoken to Portsmouth Tax Office to park a lorry there should the need arise.
Villeneuve-Sur-Lot – Prop. R Bradford Sec G Watkins that we have this race as an Open Race

Prop. R Bradford Sec G Watkins that we charge £6.50 per bird and an administration charge of £5 for non-members who would not have to pay a joining fee should they join the BICC in 2012.

Mark Gilbert said that he would donate a perpetual trophy for this race, and asked the Chairman to purchase a trophy on his behalf.

DOUBLE RACE RUBBERS
The Chairman explained to the meeting that we have had a problem getting double race rubbers for the International races other than Pau. Jim Peters said that he would try and find the contact he used and see if he can get them for us.
WEBSITE
It was Prop. J Tyerman Sec R Bradford that Paul O’Leary be asked to take over the Website from Carol to alleviate some work from her. Carried
It was suggested that a provisional result be published by 5.00 pm on the website depending on arrival home of birds by that time.
John Gladwin asked that the first birds be sent to Pam as soon as possible as she has to contact the members for information and the write-up has to be with the papers by Monday morning. This was agreed.
