No 1. Woodsider. Raced by Jack Paley & Son. This champion mealy cock of Westcott / Osman bloodlines was 1st BBC Palamos at 861 miles - a record.
No 2. Lancashire Rose, a lovely chequer hen - 1st NFC Pau into Lancashire for Jo Warren & Son flying 722 miles on a velocity of 870ypm.
No 3. Riley's Duchess - a fantastic blue hen raced by Brian Riley. She was 1st Section K NFC Pau and 2nd BICC Barcelona 863 miles. Hard hard!!!
No 4. Anne's Choice - 2nd open NFC Pau 734 miles up into York in 1990 for Jim Wright, wife and daughter Anne.
No 5. Brian Denney's Tuff Nut - 5th Open Pau NFC on a hard 2nd day flying nearly 740 miles - a supreme breeder.
No 6. The famous Tee - won the Golden Wing at Barcelona, as did his son, for the great Emiel Denys.
No 7. Storm Queen - 2nd Open SNFC Nantes 727 miles in 1966 for Richie & Whyte of Fraserburgh.
