Before my entire clearance sale (and as seen on my DVD) I made it clear that 3 very old 'favourite' breeders would remain here in Paulton to see their days out as pets. As well one very old pair I kept the 2003 cock 'Rodge' and a young hen direct from Champion Indy to keep him entertained. In their own section I was very pleased to see fertile eggs from this grand old boy. In recognition of the help and support I have received in the last year I have decided to offer these stunning May hatched youngsters (possible hen here) to the sport with the proceeds being split equally between 'The Stroke Association' and Baths Royal United Hospitals 'forever friends appeal'.
Sire: 'Rodge' Dark grizzle Cock, not only a National and Classic prize winner on the road, he has proven himself to be a super breeding pigeon. He is Sire of 'Louis' 1st Section, 8th National BICC Pau International 2010, also sire of 6th Section 71st Open NFC Tarbes 2,809 birds in 2012, and 18th Section 157th Open NFC Tarbes 2016. It is however the next generations where his real breeding power has come to shine with winners for not only me but for many others including last years 4th Section, 6th Open BICC Falaise and this years 3rd Section 34th Open NFC Tarbes for Colin Neale flying into Cardiff in a west wind.
Dam is a 2016 hen 'Indys Double', with royal blood in her veins. The sire of this hen is 'The Golden Cock' who is the sire of 1st Open Tarbes Classic and also 8th & 11th open Bergerac Classic plus many other prize winners from France. The Dam of 'Indys Double' is my superstar 'Champion Indy' winner of 1st open NFC Tarbes in 2009 and 8th Open NFC Tarbes in 2008. Indy though is leaving her legacy as not only one of the best long distance racing pigeons of her generation but more importantly as a breeder of exceptional pigeons. I have lost count now of how many pigeons my Indy line is responsible into England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland for but I do know that there is a hell of a lot more to come over the next few years.
Please help me to support these great charities whilst taking the very last opportunity to get something direct from my lofts.
