The Skinningrove H/S partnership of Tich Richards & Alice Marsay enjoyed their first win of the season when they won 1st Club, 1st Federation and 1st Group 3 from a convoy of 3,788 plus birds (birdage from South East Durham Federation unknown). With Tich & granddaughter Alice the winners of 1st Up North Combine young bird Peterborough (sub Maidstone) National in 2016 with “Peanuts” from a convoy of 11,967 birds pole position winner being a 2y chequer hen recording a chart-topping vel of 1395. The dam of the winner is the previous winner of 3rd Club, 5th Federation Melton Mowbray, 2nd Club, 3rd Federation Huntingdon, 1st Club, 2nd Federation, 131st Up North Combine Eastbourne (1) National when there was 16,708 birds competing and also chalked up 2nd Club, 3rd Federation Melton Mowbray in 2014 which was enough to win the East Cleveland Federation Bird Of The Year which was a fantastic achievement. The mother of the chart-topper who is from the brother & sister partnership of Steve & Sheila Trattles of Loftus H/S also netted 4th Club, 8th Federation Eastbourne National in 2017 winning the Loftus Championship Club and Sponsorship pocketing £112.00 and winning 1st £1, £2, £5 Federation Nominations banking another £180.00. The sire of Tich & Alice's winner was bred by Derek Winspear & son Mark of Skelton Green with the cock being the previous winner of 1st Club, 1st Federation Melton Mowbray. Sayers Bros Dave, the late Kenny & Brian and his helper son Richard timed a 3y achieving a vel of 1390 to score 2nd Club, 3rd Federation, 3rd Group , a second bird a 2y was also clocked doing 1375.4 to notch up 20th Federation, 31st Group 3. Mike Prokopowicz & son Lee timed a couple of yearling cocks 1 second apart to lift 3rd and 4th Club, 4th and 5th Federation, 4th and 5th Group 3 with vels of 1389.8 and 1389.7. With the blue card going to the chequer bred by Mark & Andy Darby of Wolverhampton that netted 2nd Club, 2nd Federation, 9th Group 3 and 23rd Up North Combine the previous week from the Folkestone (1) National. The loft of Frank & Brenda Reilly & son Wayne and helper Peter Marshall had a trio of birds in the frame to chalk up 3rd. 4th and 6th Club with the green card going to a yearling Louis Van Theelen x Heremans Ceusters who is the previous winner of both the Club Young Bird Of The Year and Club Bird Of The Year after winning 2nd Club, 22nd Federation Chelmsford out of 871 birds and a week later 1st Club, 6th Federation, 65th Up North Combine Maidstone National from a convoy of 9,020 birds. The youngster was in the frame for the third consecutive race when 1st Club, 8th Federation was won from Bubwith (3) when there was 816 birds competing. Frank, Brenda & Wayne's yellow card potter was a 2y red hen while their third timer was a 2019 bred Heremans Ceusters the winner of 1st Club Folkestone. Kevin & Merv Brown & Sacka “Bill” Cole netted 5th Club with a 1y chequer hen picking up 2 Club points.
Onto Marske & New Marske where only Jimmy Reed sent to this race but he did time a 2y VDB hen doing 1360 no notch up 33rd Federation. The Haverton Hill partnership of Stewart “Lewie” Lewis, Amber & Coby McCabe returned to their winning ways after timing a trio of their entries to win 1st, 4th, 6th Club, 2nd, 11th Teesside Federation on 1377, 1335 out of 233 birds. With top spot being won by Lewie, Amber & Coby's star of the loft a yearling blue cock who wins the Club £1 pool pocketing £27.92 went onto lift 26th Group 3 from 3,788 plus birds. The chart-topper is off a Appleton & Longstaff cock while the dam off the red card winner is of Dave Hicks of Norfolk bloodlines. The Up North Combine liberated the 532 members convoy of 5,390 from Roye (1) the Queens Cup race at 6am flying into a light North wind turning into a light North-West wind. The Skinningrove H/S partnership of Mike Prokopowicz & son Lee had three of their channel entries in the frame lifting 2nd and 4th Club, 2nd, 4th and 15th East Cleveland Federation out of a 49 members entry of 400 birds, 10th and 15th Group 3 from 1,929 birds, 34th, 44th and 216th UNC with vels of 1173, 1169 and 1122. With Mike & Lee's well-fancied blue card scoring 3y blue hen bred by Chris Vasey of Loftus winning 1st £1, £2, £5 Federation nominations banking £130.00, the hen is the previous winner of 1st Club, 5th Federation Roye in 2019 and the scorer of other top 20 Federation turns inland. The yellow card was chalked up by a 2y chequer hen taking 2nd £2 Federation Nomination pocketing £25.80, with her sire being a son of Mike & Lee's previous East Cleveland Federation Bird Of The Year winner while the dam of the chequer hen was bred by Wayne Doonan a previous 1st Federation winner and scorer of other minor positions. The fancied chequer hen is the previous winner of 1st Club, 1st Federation Huntingdon (2) in 2019, she then added 3rd Club, 13th Federation Roye beaten by a loftmate and 4th Club, 5th Federation, 52nd UNC Burbure beaten by two loftmates to her 2019 racing performances. Third on the clock for Mike & Lee came a 2018 bred blue hen bred by former 1st UNC winner Brian Clennon of Staithes, the hen has a couple of top 20 Federation positions in her name.

Top spot was won by a 2y Rauw De Sablon x Huybrechts hen achieving a winning vel of 1122 to chalk up 16th Federation and 248th UNC.
