Burton & South Derbyshire Federation.
Purchase & Walker go 7 up, out of Hullavington (4).
Saturday June 26th saw the federation change racepoint after the losses the previous week from Honiton. Due to the drop in birdage it was decided to take the birds to Hullavington, to reduce financial losses, and to hopefully give the birds and fanciers a bit of confidence back?
50 members from 10 clubs entered 563 birds which were liberated by Alys at 10:25 in an e.s.e. wind; quickly turning to an e.n.e. it turned out to be a very good race, with excellent returns.
