YORKSHIRE MIDDLE ROUTE COMBINE NEWS

WITH SUE.

This week the race from Huntingdon on the 26th May was liberated in a East North East wind. Topping the Combine and the West Section is Mick Burdett of Norton on 1349. Topping the Central Section is Graham Howman of Hull on 1327.Topping the South Section is Harry Smith of Bridlington on 1276 Topping the North Section is Bob Mallinson of Whitby on 1275. Well done everyone

West Section 

Norton I. Flying Club

16 members sent 262 birds with the red card going to Mick Burdett on 1349 with a Drapa x Leemputten which won the 2nd race and carded as a yearling. Second place went to B. Ford & Sons Gary & Wayne on 1342 with a Hereman Ceuster which scored as a young bird. Third place went to B. Ford & Son Gary & Wayne on 1342 with a Hereman Ceuster x Hardy Kruger. Fourth place went to Brian Dawson on 1335 no details. Mick Burdett wins the pools and pontoon £104 (good job he is now a pensioner as the tax man would want it)

 

Eastrington P. F. C

Green bred for the club £10 special ring, the second is a Karel Boeckx x A. Welford winning Battle and taking 8th from Arras. Third place went to S. Oloughlin on 1287 with a cock.
