YORKSHIRE MIDDLE ROUTE COMBINE NEWS

This week the race from Sleaford on the 14th of August was liberated in a West South West wind. Topping the Combine and the South Section is Dave Beadle of Holderness on 1649. Topping the Central Section is J. Donner of Hull on 1552. Topping the North Section is Andy Moon of Scarborough on 1538. Well done to everyone having excellent returns once again Gary.

Coastal South Section:

Holderness Flying Club. 8 members sent 286 birds with the red card going to Dave Beadle on 1649 with a Herman Ceuster x W. D. Byrne stock Dave had dashed out for a late birthday present for his wife when he heard they were liberated so he shot back to see his winner circling his loft. Dave bad planning in terms of his wife’s present. Second place went to Paul & Helen Johnson on 1561 with the jammiest card ever. This bird came back on Friday morning Paul not been impressed with it he decided to send it back racing its father topped the Y.M.R last year. Third place went to Dave Beadle on 1512 with a Herman Ceuster x W. D. Byrne stock. Fourth place went to

Ken Lister on 1490 still trying to get over Paul Johnsons luck, however he too had a good one from Terry Lodges Lines. Well done everyone.

Hornsea & D. H. Society. 6 members sent 145 birds with the red card & Second places going to Gavin Leahy on 1501 & 1433 with his Vandenabeeles. Third place went to D. Brown on 1425. Fourth place going to Barry Blenkinsop on 1401.

Coastal North Section:

Third & Fourth Places went to Andy Moon on 1434 & 1430 with one of his Family of Ceusters x Hardy Krugers.
