There was no liberations on Saturday for both the Burton & South Derbyshire Federation who were at Hullavington & The Derby Burton & District South Road Federation who were at Windrush,due to the bad weather conditions at both race points.Sunday morning a decision was made by both federation committees to bring the birds back closer to home.The Burton & South Derbyshire Federation got theirs away at Cheltenham at 12-00 in a north east wind.

In Ilkeston Bulls Head Flying Club John & Pamela Dowd make two in a row taking the red card with a two year old cheq hen getting its second first prize doing 1092 followed by a by a two year old blue hen doing 1048 to take fourth.In second & third positions was F & T Salt Brothers & Son doing 1083 & 1055.

In Osmaston Park Homing Society John & Steve Hicks took the red card with a two year old cheq cock doing 1059.
