Top prize winners in Osmaston Park Homing Society for the second year in succession were the man & wife partnership of Paul & Lynda Todd gaining 99 points over the racing season, winning 6x1sts, 3x2nds, 3x3rds, 6x4ths plus 12 minor prizes, winning Old bird inland average, Combine average & young bird trophy, Young bird average trophy, Breeder/Buyer race trophy, Friendship trophy, Old & Young bird race average & Highest winning velocity trophy (Honiton 2032 ypm) winning prize money of £353.43, Gold ring race money £47.50, Breeder Buyer race money £300 making a total of £700.93. (Well done Lynda & Paul).

Runner up was Dave Waddington with 89 points winning 4x1sts, 6x2nds, 4x3rds, 4x4ths plus 3 minor cards winning Longest young bird race trophy, lowest winning velocity trophy (Yeovil 1128) winning prize money of £317.73, Show race money £97.50 making a total of £415.23.
Next was Mick Stone with 31 points winning 2x1sts, 2x2nds,1x3rd,1x4th plus two minor cards winning prize money of £110.67, Gold ring race money £27.50, Show race money £50. Also collecting clock setting money of £40 making a total of £228.17.
John & Steve Hicks were next with 28 points winning 1x2nd, 4x3rds, 1x4th plus 2 minor cards winning prize money of £99.66.

S & H W Hall were next with 16 points winning 1x1st, 1x2nd, 1x3rd, plus 4 minor cards winning Carentan cup and prize money of £57.12, gold ring race money £10 making a total of £67.12.
Simon Woolley came next with 12 points winning 1x2nd, 2x4ths, plus 1 minor card with prize money of £42.84, gold ring race money of £42.50 making a total of £85.34.

Brailsford & Doyle were next with 1x5th and prize money of £7.14, show race money of £20.00 making a total of £27.14.
Next was hard working secretary Steve Stone with gold ring race money of £165, show race money £42.50, breeder buyer money £180 making a total of £387.50.

Hall & Torry were next with show race money of £17.50, gold ring race money of £27.50 making a total of £45.
Paul Adams came next with gold ring race money £12.50, show race money £32.50 making a total of £45.
Winning show race money of £27.50 also winning bird of the year trophy was Jake Harcup. Jake only having one young bird sent it to every young bird race and timed it in. WELL DONE Jake.

The total paid out for the 2020 season was £3250.66. A fantastic effort by the members in raising that amount assuring a fantastic pay out. Club secretary Steve Stone and the officials Mick Wilis & George Torry doing a first class job in these unprecedented times on basketing nights with clock setter Mick Stone doing a first class job on clock opening night.
The members would like to thank Steve Stone & Mick Willis for going round delivering everyone's envelopes containing their prize cards & winnings as we know there could be no prize presentation evenings due to the covid 19 rules.
