Wise to know that specialist knowledge and skills are needed for success in these disciplines. Young from these birds are good to help build your own strain. BARCELONA STUDS
They do encourage dreams of clocking from the famous Barcelona International race, which is important. However, it is often the case that the progeny of the birds are tried at lesser distances with some success. All the birds are of mixed genetic origins, so expect some progeny to be capable of different distances. In race reality very few UK/Irish birds go to Barcelona for liberation. You need to cultivate individual birds for years, and then take a weak off work and draw on your reserves of patience. All birds in the clock will be good ones-

Our 2 birds for this ambitious and excellent marathon stud are out of our 2 principle performance Barcelona International racing hens. The sire is a son of our two second section winners at 710 miles and the 2 dams have 8 Barcelona International races between them being 1st and 3rd section -11 Barcelona’s up to the grandparent stage. The 2 birds for the stud are based on my strain of 71 to 879 mile pigeons such as Barcelona Dream and Dark Enchantment. We are delighted to assist Tony Byrne with his objectives, as he has a brilliant future and destiny.

There are certain men of distinction, dedication and focus who have created marathon strains of racing pigeons to get the trip at over 700 miles. Some of these versatile birds have scored at lesser distances like sprints too. Many of these chaps have been stars of the North East 700 mile club and are famous for it. The illustrious names of the characters are Neil Bush/Brian Denney/Chris Gordon and Trevor Robinson-2 of them have used some of my strain 71 to 879 miles. These lads are some of the best fanciers on planet earth!
