The federation & Calverton club would like to thank the Calverton working men’s club for this kind gesture and I’m sure appreciation will be shown when the federation holds its annual federation presentation evening event in February with the clubs takings from behind the bar so book taxis folks and enjoy more beer, See text photo of the new marking premises. The AGM kicked off smoothly with the federation making a profit after all out goings being paid out in full. Election of all 2020 officials was on the table with all previous 2019 officials happy to take on the rolls again for the 2020 season with all running well & smoothly nothing was needed to be fixed with as they say “ if it isn’t broke don’t fix it !” So re-elected officials are as follows federation secretary Michael Cross federation chairman Robert Walton Federation president Andrew Kemp race advisor AKA Mr Weatherman Kevin Lawson & federation convoyer Ian Daikin. No club resignations took place which is always good. Thing A enquiring club did ask on joining. Next was the 2020 race programme it was decided by the federation committee to be transported by the NRCC to the old bird Scottish championship races of Perth, Fraserburgh, Lerwick & Thurso race points and on these races use the federation transporter for a 100 /140 mile mark race for birds & members that was not being sent or sending to the Scottish championship races.
