Dalzell trophies 2019

Dalzell Flying club is nestled in the Motherwell area of North Lanarkshire and is known as the Steel town for its link with the steel industry. Dalzell have fantastic competition in their club and its always a pleasure to meet up with their members. Dalzell is easily up with the best presentation night around with Douglas Telfer at the helm and support from other committee members it always provides a winning formula.

Their panel of leading exponents of the pigeon sport was John Alston of Ravens truther, Ian Cameron of formerly Lincolnshire and now resides in Largs Ayrshire. Andy Miller of Edinburgh & Robert Reid of Beith, Ayrshire. I felt the panel was excellent with everyone taking away some top information on how to improve your pigeon’s health and performances.

Mother Miners Welfare which is a cracking venue and with a top meal everyone looked forward to an evening of everything pigeons.

Douglas took the time to provide a in depth review of all the panels achievements in the sport. Everything is in place when Douglas and the team are in town.

An excellent night was had by everyone and look forward to next year’s event!

The committee would like to thank the panel for their time and donation of auction youngsters.

Thanks to all who attended.
