NEW SEASON JUST AROUND THE CORNER

Let me start by wishing all readers a very Happy New Year and I hope you had a good Christmas.  The 2018 season is just around the corner and already many have the new crop of Ybs well underway . The Combine?s new season commences on January 13th with the AGM which is being held in the War Memorial Hall Crossgar, starting at 2pm sharp and by now all members should have received their copy of the Agenda and I would encourage everyone to attend as this is your opportunity to have a say in the 2018 race programme etc.

Other forthcoming dates for the diary are : The East Down 2 bird Dinner & Prize Distribution on January 26th in the Temple Golf & Country Club and then the 2 bird AGM on February 12th which will be held in the War Memorial Hall in Crossgar.

Ballylesson Show for Young Birds
Was held on the 16th December when the judges were Doley Croskery , Mickey Croskery and retired fancier Jim Stewart and his son Robert and the club extends their thanks to them for a job well done the results of which were :
