The Millbridge North Road Federations first old bird championship race was being flown from Perth in Scotland on the 8/6/24 at 8am into a west north west wind the birds were liberated alongside the new north Road amalgamations birds and the international championship clubs birds.

The top twelve birds in the federation were as follows; claiming 1st and 11th federation was Ron Kitching flying 200 miles his winner being a 1y blue cock being a Steffan Lambrechts flown on the widowhood system he's been showing potential for Ron since a young bird and as a yearling and came through with a Perth win his second being a 1y dark cock of Ron's old loyal Gabby Vandenbeale family again flown on the widowhood system with velocities of 1722 and 1667.

2nd federation was Peter Smith flying 211 miles with a 1y chequer hen being a Van Herk flown on the natural system with a scoring velocity of 1701.

3rd, 4th, 5th and 9th federation was Lister & Smith flying 199 miles their first two arrivals the first a 1y red pied cock followed by a 1y dark chequer cock both being Bushart being bred by fellow club members Mr & Mrs Smith the 3rd a 1y blue cock being bred by Mr & Mrs Cross of Blackhall being a Lambrecht and the 4th a 1y blue being bred by Mr & Mrs Sleelers & Son of Barnsley all were flown on the widowhood system with velocities of 2 x 1700, 1689 and 1671.
