NORTH ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB

Top North Road fanciers will receive their rewards at a special Day of Champions on Saturday December 5th.

The event is being organised by the North Road Championship Club at Springfields Exhibition Centre, Spalding, and will also incorporate the prize giving of Peterborough and District Federation, plus a whole host of trade stands.

There will also be two auctions, and on display will be birds that have excelled in NRCC races during the past year.

Springfields is also a major shopping centre, and provides the opportunity for a day out for the whole family.

The Day of Champions, replacing the traditional prize presentation, is the idea of NRCC secretary, Ray Knight, who has enjoyed similar events in Holland.
