This week the race was from St Albans on the 20th of May 2,686 liberated in a North East wind. Topping the Federation and the South Section is Keith Atherton of Foxhills on 1322 Topping the Coastal South Section is Kerry & Lisa Mellonby & Knowles of Flamborough on 1310. Topping the Central Section is J. Leskiewicz of Beverley on 1300. Topping the North Section is Tankard & Bedford of Wolds on 1294. Well done to Keith Atherton and everyone on the result.
South Section
Foxhills Flying Club. 2 members sent 33 birds with the red card Second Third and Fourth places all going to Keith Atherton on 1322, 1306, 1305 & 1298 The winner is a van Reet bred from Old Shotts lines going back to Vosse Witekop.

Mallinson & Son Rob on 1292 with a yearling Patrick de Mutter x Louis Thijs hen another prize winner.

Beverley & District Club. 11 members sent 211 birds with the red card going to Jon Leskiewicz on 1300 with a yearling one of 40 babies bought off David Sara last year off a hen that has bred club and National winner. Second place went to quiet man Nigel Perry a very close second with a yearling Van den Bulk bred from Louella stock, another second place for Nigel to add to the 8 2nds he won last season. Third & Fourth places went to Jon Leskiewicz with a pair off David Sara Herman Ceusters. Young Louie Smith wins the pools.
Hull Chalk Lane Club 11 members sent 186 birds with the red card going to Bob Smith on 1291 with a Carrera x Rauw Sablon won Littlehampton. Second place went to P. Irving on 1288 with a Herman Ceuster off Dave Sara which has had a 1st Sleaford. Third place went to George Rudd on 1281 with a Herman Ceuster. Fourth place went to Bob Smith on 1275 with a Sablon.
