This week the race from Chelmsford on the 31st of August was liberated in a South West wind. Topping the Combine and the South Section is John & Linda Chadwick of Bridlington on 1935 Topping the North Section is S. Mallinson of Whitby on 1909. Topping the West Section is Maurace Hodgson of Norton on 1860. Topping the Central Section is Alan Stone & Son on 1825. Well done to everyone on an excellent race.
Coastal South Section:
Flamborough Homing Society. 7 members sent 145 birds with the red card and the next four places going to John & Linda Chadwick on 1935, 1935, 1935 & 1934 all with his family of pigeons.
Bridlington D.F.C. 2 members sent 15 birds with the red card going to Mr & Mrs O. Wilkinson on 1827 with a Lambrech. Second place went to Mr & Mrs O. Wilkinson on 1886 with a Van Loon x Vandenabeele both birds are bred by brother Ralph in Leeds. Third and Fourth place went to Harry Smith on 1798 & 1795 with his own family of birds.
Holderness Flying Club. 5 members sent 91 birds with the red card going to Ken Lister on 1845 with a Danny Dixon of Ireland x John Wright Geoff Cooper bird. Second & Third place went to John Wadsworth on 1804 & 1768 with a pair of Paul & Helen Johnsons Van Givbestaway birds. Fourth place went to Chris Syrett on 1697 with a Jan Arden x Vandenabeele.
Hornsea & D. H. Society. 5 members sent 114 birds with the red card Second & 4th places going to Mr & Mrs Ashcroft on 1743, 1741 & 1739 Third place went to Gavin Leahy on 1740.

Keelty on 1744 with an Alan Scarol Sablon x Martyn Dawson. Third place went to Alec Dodson on 1667. Fourth place went to R. Keelty on 1642 with a self bred off Pete Chapman lines.

Third Place went to Andy Moon on 1864 with a Staff Van Reet. Fourth place went to Andy Moon on 1855 with a Ken Skelton Hardy Kruger.
Whitby Premier Club. 3 members sent 56 birds with the red card going to S Mallinson & Son on 1909 with a Frans de Coux x Guido Barberien x Willy Verberck. Second place went to S Mallinson & Son 1908 with a hen off his good friend Frans de Coux Third place went to S Mallinson & Son on 1908 with a hen nest mate to winner. Fourth place went to S Mallinson & Son on 1908 with a Patrick de Meutter x Louis Thijs all flying to the perch.
Central Section
Hull Millennium Club. 8 members sent 116 birds with the red card going to Alan Stone & Son on 1825 with a Guiness Factory Soontjen. Second place went to John & Jackie Hall on 1794 with a Van Winkle gift bird off Foster & Bennett. Third place went to John & Jackie Hall on 1794 with a John Hill Busschaert which was 3rd club last week. Fourth place went to John & Jackie Hall on 1789 with a Van Winkle x J. Hill Busschaert.

Second and Third place went to Kev Kingston & Family on 1770 & 1741 with a pair of self bred Jan Ardens. Fourth place went to John Rawson on 1732 with a self bred from his Radar family.
