This week the race from Huntingdon on the 1ST of June was liberated in a West North West wind. Topping the Combine and the South Section is Kerry Stuart & Colin of Bridlington on 1741. Topping the Central Section is M. Taylor of Hull on 1730. Topping the West Section is Howard Jackson of Norton on 1712. Topping the North Section is Peter Thorpe of Scarborough on 1703.Well done everyone
Coastal South Section:
Flamborough Homing Society. 10 members sent 208 birds and taking the first four positions is Kerry Mellonby Stuart Knowles Colin Simpkin 1741 1739 1737 and 1737 all with their Vandenabeeles.
Bridlington D.F.C. 5 members sent 74 birds with the red card going to Dave Lloyd on 1694 with a Lambrecht. Second Third and Fourth places all went to Mr & Mrs O Wilkinson on 1665 1662 and 1659 all with their family of Janssens
Holderness Flying Club. 9 members sent 143 birds with the red card going to Colin Bolton on 1682 Second and Third places went to P & H Johnson on 1680 & 1673 Fourth place went to Martin Weaver on 1672.
Hornsea & D. H. Society. 7 members sent 132 birds with the red card going to Mr & Mrs Ashcroft on 1682. Second Third places went to Phil & June Edmonds on 179 & 1666. Fourth places going to Gavin Leahy on 1636.
Withernsea Homing Society. 5 members sent 96 birds with the red card going to Dean Adamson on 1604 with a Dave Beadle pigeon. Second place went to Dean Adamson again on 1604 with a John Rawson bird which was 3rd from Arras. Third Place went to Alec & Margaret Dobson on 1604 with a J. Rawson x K. Anderson which was 2nd Huntingdon. Fourth place went to Bob Keelty on 1602 with a bird from Salford in Lancashire.
Coastal North Section:
Scarborough Social Club. 6 members sent 96 birds with the red card going to P. Thorpe on 1703 with a 5yr old Hereman Ceusters hen which is a multi prize winner in the club and combine. Second place went to Keith Todd on 1695 with a Staf Van Reet which has had many minor cards before. Third and Fourth places went to Pete & Pat Chapman on 1678 with a pair of his Pobors.
Whitby Premier Club. 5 members sent 125 birds with the red card going to S. Mallinson & Son Rob on 1690 with a cock bred by Patrick de Meutter has now had 4 x 1sts 2 x 2nd 2 x 3rd 2 x 4th plus 7 minor cards. Second place went to S. Mallinson & Son Rob on 1690 with a self bred 3yr Louis Thijs hen she has now had 3 x 1st and a 1st open also 5th & 3 x 7ths. Third place went to S. Mallinson & Son Rob on 1690 with a self bred 3yr old Louis Thijs hen which has had 2 x 1st 2 x 2nd 2 x 3rd 2 x 4th plus 4 minor cards. Fourth place went to S. Mallinson & Son Rob on 1689 with a 4yr old self bred Louis Thijs hen which has now had 1st Arras 2nd Open a 2nd 2 x 4ths 2 x 5th a 6th and 2 x 8ths. All inland & Channel

Hull Chalk Lane Club. 10 members sent 112 birds with the red card Second & Fourth places going to P. Carmichael on 1721 1720 1683 with three self bred Carrera Vandenabeeles. Third place went to B. Rowson on 1688 with a cock that has now had 1st Arras 2nd Huntingdon & 3rd Battle
Hull Millennium Club. 9 members sent 162 birds with the red card going to M. Taylor on 1730 with a G. Cox Hereman Ceuster natural hen racing to eggs. Second place went to M. Taylor on 1718 with a G. Cox Hereman Ceuster x Geerinck. Third and Fourth places went to A. Stone & Son on 1714 & 1710 with a pair that originate from the Guinness Factory.
Cottingham Homing Society. 7 members sent 74 birds with the red card and Second Third and Fourth places all going to George Atkinson on 1700 1694 1672 and 1666 all with his Vandenabeele family of pigeons.
Driffield Homing Society. 8 members sent 125 birds with the red card going to Mr & Mrs Brumby on 1704 with a Vandenabeele having won a third card. Second place went to Ian Waggott & Grandson on 1687 with a Foxwood Lofts Geerinck which was 1st in April from the same race point. Third place went to Geoff Acey on 1672 with a self bred Nigel Laycock Louis Thijs x John Redfern Leo Heremans. Fourth place went to Ian Waggott & Grandson on 1652 with a Fowood lofts Geerincks qhich was 2nd Billericay. Meat fom G. Acey. A Welford s/p G. Acey I. Waggott & G & G Ringrose.
North Hull Club. members sent birds with the red card going to S. Siddle on 1682 with a Martin Dawson gift bird which already has had 2 x 1st. Second and Third place went to Pete & Angie Burke on 1671 & 1668 with a pair of Van Reets one was the fat mealy taking its 1st card this year. Fourth place went to C. Wood & Son on 1665 with an Andy Martindale Van Rijn. The club would like to wish Heather & Ray a speedy recovery.
Nafferton Flying Club. 7 members sent 53 birds with the red card going to Sam Jackson on 1714. Second place went to John Raines on 1705. Third and Fourth place went to Oliver Shaw on 1705 & 1704
Kingston Flying Club. 4 members sent 79 birds with the red card and Second place going to Harry Wallace on 1654 & 1653 with a pair of self bred Nigel Laycocks Soontjens. Third place went to Mr & Mrs Lenny King on 1637 with a Vandenabeele which was 2nd last week and 1st the week before. Fourth place went to Foster & Bennett on 1635 with a Van Winkle.

Second place went to S. Robinson on 1705 with a Homer Williamson that has scored before and took the pools. Third place went to Maurice Hodgson on 1695 with a Rob Mallinson breed. Fourth place went to S. Woodward on 1687 with a Leemputten.
