OBITUARY GARETH WATKINS.

Gareth was a gifted and proud man who wrote some eloquent and informative articles for the fancy. Dedicated to the BICC his work as press officer was meticulous in its detail. He enjoyed his fame as a writer, and I was lucky to be featured by him along with Nick Harvey. Gareth raised the profile of the BICC and served the fancy so well.
