"The Musgrove Dynasty" of pigeons

 

These are named after The Musgrove Hospital in Taunton, Somerset. Nick Harvey names his Barcelona International pigeons after his work place. Three of the top hens from my bloodlines, and one out bred with a blue cock of Paul Adicott are Musgrove Persistent/Addiction and Insanity all of which are multiple performers at 710 miles.

 

They are all of chequered colouration and tough little birds. Paired together, the progeny are forming a breeding, marathon dynasty. We are largely non-commercial, yet seek recognition for the sake of our expertise and the birds. The people who have their genes may produce some good ones, yet great marathon birds are rare, especially over 800 miles. The joy is in the dedication to the cause and testing each pigeon that hatches from the egg.
