G & M ATCHESON'S
GEORGIE LAD
2011 RPRA Irish Region Award & RPRA UK Award winner for 0-250 miles
Michael has named his pigeon that has won the 2011 RPRA Irish Region Award and RPRA UK Award for 0-250 miles ‘Champion Georgie Lad’ after his beloved father George, who sadly passed away two years ago, 98 years young. The sire of this yearling widowhood cock is a Soontjen which has won many prizes for Michael to include 2x1st clubs and 5th Open Clonmel 26,870 birds. The dam is bred by Patrick and Rene Verulosem who Michael visited in 2008 with Tommy Crattan and their good friends from Durham and Leeds. Michael would like to take this opportunity to thank the Vervloesem family for their support and for supplying him with such quality birds. This is a super racing cock.
