Blackpool Show 2024-The annual pilgrimage of Lanarkshire members took the journey down the M6 for a weekend of everything pigeons. Around 15,000 fanciers and family members and friends enjoy a catch up with old and new friends.
It’s a great break from the long dark nights of January and for most is just the breeding season just round the corner and the start of pigeon calendar.
Again we felt it was a cracking weekend, although the weather was rather scary on the Sunday evening.
It was great to catch up with old & new friends to talk pigeons.
Role on next year!
End of an era -The Racing Pigeon weekly magazine will stop publishing on 28th June 2024,its always sad to see such an institution finish after providing fantastic service to the fancy since first publication in the 1800s
