After a very successful Open show schedule the club held its members show. This year we were privileged to have one of Scotlands top distance fancier Derek Hay of Kirkintilloch and his son Craig to judge our show. Derek has a brilliant record into the west section of the Scottish National Flying Club and has won at the top level for many a decade. On watching them judge young Craig is a fine fancier in his own right and looks like a chip of the old block. Sorry Derek you’re not that old, haha. The members appreciated their pigeon husbandry and with Derek hot off winning BIS and Top points winner in the Clarkston Open shows. Derek is well accustomed to knowing what it takes to win at shows. Well done to both of them and thanks for your time and effort.
The members had the pens well stocked and everyone enjoyed their day out. Thanks to the members that took the time to come along and support their club.

An excellent array of food and a top raffle was available with "jammy" Peter Stangoe winning the two 2020 youngsters provided by John Short & Danny Mitchell & Son. Special mention to show Secretary Craig Gillespie who managed both shows excellently.
