Lanarkshire Social Circle Annual Show

 

To keep any club at the top you need to have a variety of activities, if not before you know it the club has lost its identity and existence. Lanarkshire Social Circle is possibly the Best of the Best at having this variety in abundance, holding a Presentation then a Quiz Night, Breeder Buyers, Young Bird Exchanges and an Annual Show. This in my opinion makes a club. This year’s show again took place at Newmains FC on 24/01/15. The quality on show was at a very high standard for this year’s judges Robert Simpson and John Leggate managing the four handling classes. Stuart Mullen took the time to judge Best in Show. Thanks lads.

 

Ian Lindsay of Lindsay & Henderson had a brilliant day winning Best in Show and also Best Opposite Sex (He even won the nomination). Well done Ian from all the members. Gareth Rankin, Lanarkshire's Federation Champion fancier 2014, also came to the top with two class wins. Well done to all who took the time to attend and thanks to Wendy Whiteford for her catering and hospitality

Friday 27th February, Winter Quiz, Avonbridge Hotel, Hamilton, 7 for 7.30pm start.

Panel: Dave Elliot of Mr & Mrs Elliot (Champion National Flyer) and Stuart Maskame, Peterhead 1st Open Ypres 2015 SNFC.
