What a pigeon he is. Purchased for 20,000 euro’s on PIPA he is already responsible for 3 x 1^st National winners. This family of pigeons themselves have won 3 x 1^st UNC Bourges since 2013 (That’s in excess of 550 miles each time). They are dynamite. When the going gets tough, these birds get going. They refuse to give up. You only need look at the UNC Bourges winners this family have. Twice they took it to the death and got home on the day.

In 2017 there were no birds home on the day in the UNC but these birds will get up and finish the job off too the next day if needed. These are skills and attributes that can be called upon in the INFC Kings Cup, the SNFC Gold Cup, the NRCC Lerwick, practically any BICC International race and of course the NFC Tarbes etc..Anything that requires speed, endurance, determination, the will to get home, and sometimes sheer bloody minded stubbornness!

114th Up North Combine Clermont 428 miles 942 yards with a flying time of 9 hours 6 minutes against 9,095 birds

Two weeks later “THE MACHINE” recorded a flying time of 19 hours and 55 minutes to win 4th U.N.C. Bourges 580 miles 815 yards 1,988 birds and 6th Open North East Homing Union from 2,829 birds.

After less than two weeks rest he was back in the basket where he won 20th U.N.C. from Andrezel a distance of 483 miles 1626 yards and another gruelling and testing 14 hours 18 minutes on the wing against 4,106 birds.

For his efforts ‘The Machine’ won the title of ‘Bird of the Year’ in both the Up North Combine and the North East Homing Union for 2010 after flying a combined distance of 1,493 miles (2,402 kms) in just 28 days.

1st Tyne to Tweed Championship Club, 1st Federation Nomination, 2nd North of England Championship Club. 2nd Seaton Sluice H.S. (beaten by 58 seconds by a loft mate), 2nd Tynemouth North Federation and 2nd Section One and 6th Up North Combine 2,053 birds and 7th Open N.E.H.U. 2,892 birds.
