Season after season more and more pigeons disappear, I believe it's the falcon strikes that cause it , what I have found is certain family's of pigeons seem to work through the tough times and they just keep coming 

That's what I'm building the family of pigeons around 

In 2021 we were the highest prize winners in both old and young birds 

In 2022 we had a year out resulting in the pigeons being locked in for 18 months on deep litter , I did manage to race 13 twelve week old young birds in the last 2 races which I dropped 1 of them 

In 2023 the old birds competed at times but the edge wasn't there 

With the new blood injected into the team the ybs won 7/8 races and dominated the results resulting in over all highest prize winner again

The eight young birds are bred from 2023 pigeons that raced last year , not only did they home they dominated 

Best to best has become easy
