Description

Friar Park Central is one of the largest pigeon clubs in the West Midlands with around 30 members. The club had to relocate two years back and we are now settled at the Brunswick Pub in Wednesbury with a great landlord. In order to move the club forward we are looking to raise funds for a new basket and marking shed. All the proceeds of this sale will go directly to the pigeon club to improve facilities.

Mark Johnson is a new member of the Friar Park club for 2023 but this has not stopped him from volunteering a bird from his select breeding loft. Mark has purchased birds from some of the top fanciers in the Antwerp Region over recent years with no expense spared. Raf Claes, Paul Voeten and Luc Vervoort to name just a few. Mark has not raced for health reasons over the last few years but racing record going back as far as the 1980's is as good as any. Mark has won most of the federations in the Black Country over the years and more importantly he has bred fantastic breeders and racers for many fanciers across the UK.
