The Derbyshire North Road Federation

The DNRF was racing from Wetherby race course in West Yorkshire on the 20/8/23 at 07.30 am into a south west wind. Tyson liberated the birds on their way home the top twelve positions in the federation are as follows; winning the federation plus the first three positions in the federation was Darren Oakley flying 57 miles his first a Stefan Lambrechts crossed Syndicate lofts based the mother coming from S & B Cooke of Wrexham  Darren’s second a blue hen being a Herman Cuesters crossed Alex Dochx that’s already achieved 2 x 2nd federations and 2 x 2nd clubs in both Pinxton clubs and both Nottingham & Derbyshire north road federations and his third a dark cock being another Herman Cuesters crossed Alex Dockx based originating from S & B Cooke stock again and all were raced on the darkness system with velocities of 1321, 1320 and 1318.

4th, 5th and 6th federation was M & L Herbert flying 44 miles with three birds coming together the first a Halbreck strain being the first of the pack then the next two being both Gabby Vandenbeals flown on the darkness system with velocities of 2 x 1299 and 1298.

7th and 8th federation was Mr & Mrs Guilford flying 70 miles their first a blue chequer cock being a Dean Skuse Syndicate lofts bird crossed with a full sister to the partnerships NRCC Perth winning bird their second also a chequer cock being a who dares wins one loft race bird crossed a Gabby Vandenbeale their velocities were 1282 and 1281.

9th federation was Ralph Jepson flying 61 miles doing 1279.

10th and 11th federation was Mr & Mrs Haslam & Son flying 63 miles with 2 x Herman Cuesters based darkness raced birds doing 1276 and 1275.900.

12th Federation was D & A Smith flying 65 miles with a chequer cock being bred from Ron Hillcoat Herman Cuesters flown on the widowhood system paired up to an old hen on the Darkness system with a velocity of 1275.108.
