THANK YOU October Committee Meeting The October Committee meeting was held on Saturday 10 th October where the 2026 season was discussed and to prepare for the following 2027 season. The subscriptions for 2027 for existing members are £50. New members are £50 + £10 joining fee = £60. The 2027 Race Programme is as follows: Old Birds 1 st May – Isigny Sur Mer - £4.50 per bird 29 th May - Isigny Sur Mer - £4.50 per bird 5 th June – St Philbert/ St Maixent - £6.00 per bird (joint with the BICC &amp; BBC) 18 th June – Pau International - £11.00 per bird (joint with the BICC &amp; BBC) 26 th June – Messac - £4.75 per bird (joint with the BBC) 23 rd July – Bordeaux - £8.00 per bird (joint with the BICC &amp; BBC) Young Birds 28 th August – Ramsgate YB’s Only - £3.00 per bird 4 th September – Truro YB’s Only - £3.00 per bird To help towards marking station costs the Committee have decided there needs to be a £3.00 marking fee as from 2027. The Classic will NOT be convoying any other organisations in 2027. Marking Stations The Marking Stations will be: Paulton – 8.30am – 10.30am Watchfield – 9.00am – 10.30am (marking for 2x Isigny Sur Mer, Messac, Bordeaux, Ramsgate, Truro &amp; BBC Fougeres) Southampton – 9.00am – 11.00am For Pau the marking station is Southampton Only. The Convoyers are Patrick Harris &amp; Steve Travers and the Race Advisor is Clive Merrills. ***************************** RACE DIPLOMAS If you have any race diplomas to come, we are hoping they will be available to collect from Epsom Show for those who are going to the show in October. Anyone attending the Dinner presentation can also collect theirs from there. ********************* Dinner Presentation Dinner presentation: Saturday 21 st November 2026 , The Marsham Court Hotel, Russell Cotes Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3AB. The Clubs balance sheet, income and expenditure forms and any propositions are available on the website to view. They are not being automatically sent out to members.
