Hi Everyone
I am forwarding you all an email received today from Unikon Regarding clocks that are showing NOT SAME SECRET CODE.
This should assist any owner if this happens to their clock.
Good Afternoon again Fred,
I have spoken with Ian in the technical department and he has confirmed that if any clock that is coming up with the error message – NOT SAME SECRET CODE, the Loft Clock will need to be returned for us to complete the necessary work needed.
This work will be completed as a priority and at no cost to the customer to be returned.
Ian did mention that a common symptom of the fault to look for is, when a Pocket Clock is not in the Loft Clock, you will notice a time at the bottom of the screen and this will not increment.
