GB-22-Z50688 Blue Hen super Inbred double Best Kittel !!

GB-22-Z50688 Blue Hen Sire and dam are full brother and sister, both by a son of Best Kittel out of the loft's base hen

GB-22-Z50688 is a tightly inbred Best Kittel bird from Pieter Oberholster: its sire and dam are full brother and sister, both bred from "BK Brother 3.Ace" — a direct son of Best Kittel, 1st National Ace KBDB Sprint 2017, and nestbrother to the 3rd Ace Pigeon of the Grand Ave Victoria Falls One Loft Race 2020 — and "Dtr Eagle Eye", Oberholster's own base hen. It is a bird bred to concentrate a family, not to race.

The Sire — GB-21-R32225

Son of BK Brother 3.Ace × Dtr Eagle Eye · full brother to the dam

The sire is a son of BK Brother 3.Ace (BE-19-4130132), Pipa breeding. BK Brother is a direct son of Best Kittel (BE-15-1029362) of Dehon-Demonseau — "super racer/breeder", 1st National Ace KBDB Sprint 2017 and 4th National Ace KBDB — out of "Daughter Ornat" (GFL-17-908) of the Ganus Family Loft. His nest-mate BE19-4130131 was 3rd Ace Pigeon, Grand Ave Victoria Falls OLR 2020.

The sire's dam is GB-18-Z89848 "Dtr Eagle Eye", described as "dam to many top birds" and Oberholster's base breeding hen. She is a granddaughter of "Stuff of Legends" — 1st Open Derby & Burton Grand National, 6th Provincial and 51st National against 6,000 birds, and 2nd Open W/S Treble — by "Eagle Eye" (GB-13-Z96899), "top breeder" and grandson of a 1st International Dax winner, out of the South African "Mortimer Hen" (ZA-10-46658) of Mark Kitchenbrand.

The Dam — GB-21-R32224

Hen · full sister to the sire

Bred from exactly the same pair as the sire — BK Brother 3.Ace × Dtr Eagle Eye — and rung one number apart, so very likely his nest-mate. Everything written above about the sire's parents applies to her equally.
