GB2025 MC 5009 Half “Suzanne” on paper — out of a full brother to Hurricane and a full sister to Euro, two of this loft’s three 1st OLR Final winners

BLUE hen BRED BY THE OLR MASTER BREEDER MIKE CHADWICK !!

5009 is bred to concentrate one hen: “Suzanne” (BELG2017-3008494), bred by Gaby Vandenabeele and described by Mike Chadwick as his number one breeding hen. She is her sire’s dam and appears twice more behind his dam, so roughly half of his pedigree traces to her. Her sire is a full brother to “Hurricane”, 1st Final Who Dares Wins OLR 2020, winning £40,000. His dam is a full sister to “Euro”, 1st Grand Final Europa Masters OLR 2022, winning 30,000 Euros.

The Sire — GB2021V05447 “Kiss My Asss”

Champion Leonard × Suzanne · full brother to Hurricane

He is bred from the loft’s foundation pair, the same mating that produced “Hurricane” (GB20V52557) — 1st Final and 4th Ace Pigeon, Who Dares Wins OLR 2020, winning £40,000. Hurricane has since bred on: sire to the 9th RPRA OLR Final 2022 and to GB23V29133, 7th RPRA OLR Hot Spot 3 from 569 birds, and grandsire to Gold Wing, 2nd UK and 16th Open, Algarve Golden OLR Hot Spot 1 from 5,233 birds, 2023.

Kiss My Asss himself flew the full programme of the Algarve Golden Race. The card records no placings for him; his value is as the brother of a winner, from the pair that bred him.

The Dam — GB2022V62236 “Dub 494”

GQ × Miss Barlow · full sister to Euro · double granddaughter of Suzanne

Her parents are the pair that bred “Euro” (GB22V62147) — 1st Grand Final Europa Masters OLR 2022, 420 km, winning 30,000 Euros, and 21st Ace Bird across the semi-final and final. Euro was sold on PIPA for 18,200 Euros, and has gone on breeding: he is grandsire of “Blue Power”, 1st Europa Masters Winter Final Special Race 2024/5, 755 km, 2.5 minutes clear of second, 19th Ace from 2,326 birds.

Both of Dub 494’s parents are out of Suzanne, which is where her name comes from. In the breeder’s words, she is a “wonderful double G daughter of our number one breeding hen — Suzanne.” Her dam, Miss Barlow, also bred GB2021V05387, placed 69th, 49th, 64th, 46th and 62nd across the hot spots of the Prince of Wales OLR 2021.

Mike Chadwick has to be one of the most successful Breeders of OLR pigeons world wide Bird for bird when you consider the relatively small team of birds he keeps compared to most !!

Having already secured 3 separate OLR Victories with this superb family of pigeons his drive to produce even more is relentless.

I have know Mike for some years now and his Knowledge and ability to breed outstanding stock is phenomenal !!

I have handled every one of these and the buyers will not be disappointed !!
