"Harley" is a deliberate line-breeding to "Suzanne" (BELG2017-3008494), the Gaby Vandenabeele hen that Mike Chadwick calls his number one breeding hen. She is his grandmother on the sire's side and his great-grandmother twice over on the dam's, so around half his pedigree traces back to her. Both his parents are full siblings to One Loft final winners: his sire is a full brother to Hurricane, 1st Who Dares Wins OLR 2020 (£40,000), and his dam shares both parents with EURO, 1st Prize Europa Masters OLR final 2022 (€30,000).

A son of "Champion Leonard" × "Suzanne" — the same pairing that bred Hurricane, 1st Who Dares Wins OLR 2020 and 4th Ace, winning £40,000. He raced himself, flying the whole programme of the Algarve Golden Race, so he is a proven-sound bird as well as a full brother to a major winner.
His sire Champion Leonard is the producer on that side. Beyond Hurricane, the card lists 8th Limoges from 1,270 birds, 22nd Argenton from 2,486 birds and 1st UK, 5th Final and 12th Ace Belgian Masters OLR 2015 among his produce, and names descendants including GB2022S56170, 9th Final RPRA OLR, Scirocco, 5th Final Pattaya OLR from over 11,000 birds, GB2021V05359, 3rd Prince of Wales OLR final and GB2021V05383, 36th Ace Algarve Golden OLR from 6,877 birds.

Her sire "GQ" (GB2020V52498) and her dam "Miss Barlow" (GB2019V10850) are both children of Suzanne, which is why the card calls her a "wonderful double granddaughter" of the hen. GQ and Miss Barlow are also the parents of EURO, 1st Prize in the final of the Europa Masters OLR 2022, winning €30,000 — making this hen a full sister to EURO.
GQ bred EURO in his first year at stud, and EURO was then sold on PIPA for €18,200. GQ is himself a half-brother to Hurricane through Suzanne. Miss Barlow is described by the breeder as a top OLR breeding hen; besides EURO she bred GB2021V05387, placed 46th, 49th, 62nd, 64th and 69th across the hot-spot races at the Prince of Wales OLR 2021.
