The Sire — BELG2016-3084281 “Blue King”

Gaby Vandenabeele · son of De Provincial × Lion Queen · grandsire of a 1st Europa OLR winner

Blue King is selling on what he has bred. He is grandsire of GB2022V62147, 1st Europa OLR 2022, which won €30,000 and then made €18,200 on PIPA. In this loft he is sire of GB2025V45379, 95th Ace Algarve Golden OLR 2025, and his entry on the card also lists GB2025V45385, 1st UK and 47th Ace Pa Mok from 3,418 birds.

In the breeder’s own words he is one of the last breeding birds bred by Gaby Vandenabeele personally. He is a son of the provincial winner “De Provincial” — 1st Provincial Tours, 5,697 birds, and 1st Nevers, 1,337 birds — out of “Lion Queen”, a direct daughter of the racer “Lion King”, himself 1st Provincial Tours, 2,045 birds. Two proven racing cocks stand directly behind him.

The Dam — BELG2020-4226853 “Houston”

F & J Vandenheede · daughter of “Double First National Ace” · dam of OLR scorers

Houston has already produced in the UK. Her sire is “Double First National Ace”, and the name is literal: he is a son of “Miracle Ace”, 1st National Ace KBDB Long Distance, and “Annelise”, 1st National Ace KBDB. He in turn bred the 3rd and 8th National Ace KBDB All-round 2020 and the 5th National Ace KBDB Long Distance 2020, all half-siblings of Houston. Her dam “Sennek” is a half-sister to the 1st National Argenton 2016, 13,629 birds, out of “Etna”, a full sister to the 1st International Narbonne hens winner.

Mike Chadwick has to be one of the most successful Breeders of OLR pigeons world wide Bird for bird when you consider the relatively small team of birds he keeps compared to most !!

Having already secured 3 separate OLR Victories with this superb family of pigeons his drive to produce even more is relentless.

I have know Mike for some years now and his Knowledge and ability to breed outstanding stock is phenomenal !!

I have handled every one of these and the buyers will not be disappointed !!
