Her sire was my Lerwick cock who scored 43rd open when we could not fly south. I turned him north and his first race north was Lerwick.
He was a son of my Barcelona hen who scored 19th open, her nest sister was 23rd open the year before.
The Barcelona hen was out of a son of the Famous 'Rome Cock'.
The Dam of the cheq hen above was a daughter of my cheq cock 97 whose notable performances were 33rd open Mesac and 31st open Tarbes. He is a direct son of my Grizzle cock who was 23rd open Tarbes. And he was a direct son of Marleys good grizzle hen who won section H from Tarbes and had numerous other good distance performances.
All this hens ancestors have flown 600 miles plus. She is not out of pigeons that have never flown.
