GB21X 10688 Chequer hen Bred by John Crehan TEAM HOOYMANS UK, and a g’dtr of the legendary NEW HARRY!!
On offer are some stock pigeons from Kingsway Lofts UK (William Donachie)
For
sale only due to a change of plan for 2027, and a bigger focus now
on
One Loft Racing for which more loft space is required. This
means over a series of sales that some impeccably bred stock pigeons
acquired with no expense spared will now be parted with, as well as
some pigeons from the younger stock team that were bred for stock and
will no longer be required… my loss, will most certainly be
someone’s gain!
This hen should stay with GB19P 27838 also in sale, first season at stock together and one YB raced 2026:

8/835 Ripon
6/445 Alnwick

GB21 X 10687 is a pure Jan Hooymans hen bred around two of the family's best-known cocks. Her sire is "Wizzard New Harry" (NL16-1663879), a son of "New Harry" (NL14-1219811), who won 1st Niergnies against 14,737 birds and 1st Pt-Ste-Maxence against 12,894 birds. Behind both her parents stands the old Hooymans cock "Harry" (NL07-2007621), winner of 1st Blois against 37,728 birds.
The Sire — NL16-1663879 "Wizzard New Harry"
Chequer cock · son of New Harry out of a direct daughter of Harry
Wizzard New Harry unites the family's two headline cocks in a single pairing: he is by New Harry, and his dam is "Daughter Harry" (NL14-1210073), a direct daughter of Harry. That makes him the natural bridge between the old Harry blood and the newer New Harry line, and it is why he has been kept for breeding.
His father's record, printed in full on the card, is: 1st Niergnies 14,737 birds, 1st Pt-Ste-Maxence 12,894 birds, 1st Melun 1,046 birds, 9th Troyes 6,390, 38th Blois 6,613, 84th St-Quentin 1,892, 159th Quievrain 3,513, 179th St-Quentin 7,407 and 309th Bourges 5,177 — every result from single-bird entries, with no doubles. The card also credits Wizzard New Harry's own descendants with a 1st from 1,506 birds, 1st from 197, 1st from 111, 2nd from 109, 6th from 1,210 and 8th from 971, and in the breeder's words he is the sire and grandsire of fed winners including 1st Open MNFC 2020.
The Dam — NL14-1209387 "Unlucky Lady"
Chequer hen · raced in the UK · granddaughter-line of Harry and James Bond
Unlucky Lady raced on this side of the water, and the card lists 8th Hullavington against 1,344 birds and 5th Bath against 116 birds under her name. She brings the second strand of Harry blood and a separate, proven Dutch family alongside it.
Her sire, "Grand Harry" (NL13-1395420), is a grandson of Harry through Harry's daughter NL12-1783921, herself the dam of "Lampion". Her dam, "Daughter James Bond" (NL13-1394347), is a daughter of "James Bond" (NL06-1267007) and a (half-)sister to winners of 1st NPO Nanteuil 7,189 birds and 1st NPO Troyes 6,372 birds, with further places in the same family of 4th NPO Blois 7,415, 4th Provincial Blois 1,620, 8th NPO Salbris 5,333, 9th NPO Bourges 7,356 and 13th NPO Nanteuil 10,703. That is a deep, consistent national-level family in its own right, and it gives this hen more than one string to her bow.
Fantastic proven hen !!
