GB24N30037 Blue Hen "ONLY TIP" Bred by Ace Lofts Double g’dtr TIPSET

Linebred to Tipsey through both parents, out of a daughter of Tip Top Ace, dam of the 1st Coutances National winner from 3,246 birds

"Only Tip" is bred around the two best breeders in the Ace Lofts team. Both parents are children of the Koopman-bred cock "Tipsey" (NL07-1375079), whose offspring have been placed 3rd Alençon National, 4,797 birds, 5th Ancenis National, 5,577 birds and 7th Saintes National, 3,726 birds. On the dam's side sits "Tip Top Ace" (NL12-1100782), dam of 1st Coutances National, 3,246 birds and 1st Falaise National, 2,546 birds. The bird is a deliberate half-brother × half-sister mating, made to concentrate Tipsey.

The Sire — GB19 Unrung Cock "The Unrung Cock"

Tipsey × Beauty Blue · a stock cock from two proven breeders

The sire is a 2019 Ace Lofts blue cock, kept unrung as a stock bird. His value lies in his two parents and in what his half-siblings have done. Through his sire Tipsey he is half-brother to 3rd Alençon National (4,797 birds), 5th Ancenis National (5,577 birds) and 7th Saintes National (3,726 birds). Through his dam Beauty Blue he is half-brother to 2nd Coutances National (3,246 birds) and 4th Coutances National (3,200 birds).

His dam, "Beauty Blue" (NL14-1209877), bred by J. Hooymans, is a hen with a long and consistent produce line: besides the two Coutances National positions she is dam of 2nd Blandford (1,148 birds), 3rd Blandford (3,187 birds), 4th Yeovil (1,023 birds) and several further Blandford positions. She is a daughter of "Son Harry" and "Sister Harry" — Hooymans' Harry line, with Vandenabeele's "Jonge Bliksem" and Koopman's "Dirkje" behind her.

The Dam — GB20 V 37419 "Fijian"

Tipsey × Tip Top Ace · half-sister to two National winners

"Fijian" is a 2020 Ace Lofts blue hen and the stronger of the two parents on paper. Through her dam she is half-sister to 1st Coutances National (3,246 birds) and 1st Falaise National (2,546 birds); through her sire she is half-sister to the same 3rd Alençon, 5th Ancenis and 7th Saintes National birds as the sire, and to 6th Alençon National (4,759 birds).

Her dam, "Tip Top Ace" (NL12-1100782), bred by Frans Zwols, is the outstanding producer on the card. Beyond the two National wins she is dam of 1st Honiton (2,408 birds), 1st Blandford (1,802 birds), 1st Kingsdown (1,469 birds), three further 1st Blandfords from over 1,000 birds each, and the 1st Ace Bird, Federation 2021. Nine winners from one hen is a produce record that stands on its own.
