Before the dinner on the Saturday we held the 2024 AGM. The minutes from the 2023 AGM were read out and
passed as a true record. The balance sheet and accounts which had been circulated previously were also passed
as a true record.
There were 67 resignations, this included 27 defaulters and 5 deceased members this year. These were all
accepted with regret. (The club also had 57 new members in 2024 so this roughly balanced the membership out).

Delete Rule Number 13 in its entirety and replace with new Club Rule number 13.
All race results and any alterations to rules or regulations will be published on the Club’s website and shall be
deemed notice to all members.

Finally, it was proposed and seconded to give permission for any paperwork more than 3 years old to be destroyed
excluding the accounts.
